Just looking to add my kit to your site. I've spent quite a long time getting this kit just right. I've been playing since the mid 80's in mostly the typical 80's rock type band. Currently, I'm playing everything from jazz and rock to current top 40 music. My kit is a Tama Rockstar Custom with a charcoal lacquer finish. The tom's are 8x8, 10x10, 12x10, 14x14 and an 18x22 bass, all on a Gibraltar Rack. I play with Zildjian Cymbals, 14" K Custom Fast Crash, 16" K Custom Dark Crash, 18" K Custom Mid Crash, 10" K Custom Splash, 12" K Custom Dark Splash, 21" K Custom Heavy Ride, 16" China Boy Low and 13" K/Z Hi Hats. My pedals are DW 5000AD3 Double Bass Pedals, matched with a DW5500TD Hi Hat Stand. I use all Evans Hydraulic Batter Heads on the toms, Evans HHD Snare Head and an Evans EQ3 Bass Drum Head. The sound is very wet with a distinct dropping tone. I've just recently added the small percussion rack with the cow bell, a-go-go bells, rock block and the chimes.
